A. FEES ARE FOR A 2 MONTH PERIOD (60 days).
*1) General Merchandise, including all jewelry. Fee $5.00. **SELL AS MANY ITEMS IN YOUR LISTING AS YOU LIKE FOR A $5.00 FLAT FEE. IF YOU LIST MULTIPLE ITEMS & LISTING INCLUDES AN ITEM LISTED IN #2 or #3 BELOW, THE FEE WOULD BE $15.00 or $20.00 respectively (the higher listing fee).
*2) ALL CARS, TRUCKS, MOTORCYCLES, WATERCRAFTS (not canoes) & JET SKIS , GOLF CARTS & MISC. TRANSPORTATION, RECREATIONAL VEHICLES & CAMPERS. Fee $15.00
*3) BUSINESSES FOR SALE (not inventory sale). Fee $20.00
If you sell multiple items in your listing and during the month period some items sell we cannot edit your listing. If you relist at the end of the month, submit a new listing form for revised description and pictures.
LISTING FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE FOR EARLY CANCELLATION. YOU CAN CANCEL LISTING AT ANY TIME.

A. FEES FOR A 3 MONTH PERIOD (90 days)
*1) Business/Service Listing. Fee $60.00.
Fee is nonrefundable for an early cancellation.
Any Editing You Wish To Make To Your Listing During The Quarter Period Will Incur An Additional Editing Fee ($10.00). Email any changes, KASS’ KORNER will send an invoice for the additional charge. Upon payment the revisions will be made.
Can Cancel Listing At Any Time. No Renewal Obligations. Prior to Quarter Expiring a New Invoice Will Be Emailed To You. Upon Payment Listing Will Be Renewed. If Invoice Is Not Paid Within 5 Days, KASS' KORNER WILL ASSUME YOU NO LONGER WANT TO CONTINUE YOUR LISTING & WILL REMOVE YOUR LISTING FROM KASS' COMMUNITY.

A. 3 Photos Are Included In The Above Advertising Fees.
***For An Additional $3.00 Fee, You Can Add Another 2 Photos to Your Online Yard Sale Listing. For An Additional $10.00 Fee, You Can Add Another 2 Photos to Your Business/Service Listing . You Pay This Additional Fee The Same Way You Pay The Monthly Advertising Fees. As Explained Below.

Q. When Will My Online Yard/Business Listing Ad Start To Run?
A. An ad will run within 24-48 hours after payment is received.
KASS' KORNER shall not be liable for failure to publish an ad, for typographical errors or errors in publication except to the extent of the cost of that portion of the ad wherein the error occurred. Cost adjustment is limited to the first day of the ad only.
Q. Does KASS’ KORNER Take A Percentage Of The Sales Price? Is KASS’ KORNER Involved In The Sales Transaction?
A. No, KASS’ KORNER does not take a percentage of the sales price. KK is not involved in the sales transaction. PURCHASER CONTACTS SELLER DIRECTLY TO PURCHASE MERCHANDISE AND ARRANGE TO RECEIVE MERCHANDISE. The Seller/Buyer make arrangements for the Price/Delivery just like you would if you advertised in the classifieds.
